What if the doctor or healthcare provider I selected is not available to see me, but another doctor or provider in the same practice can see me instead?

We guarantee the doctor or healthcare provider that you selected will see you or we will provide you with a full refund. After you have purchased your service/procedure, you then call the doctor's office to schedule an appointment. It may happen that the doctor you selected is not available to see you within a reasonable timeframe. In this case, the choice is yours. You can continue to schedule the appointment with an alternate provider at the same practice, or you may choose to cancel your HealthyPrice order and receive a full refund.

What if I don’t need my service or procedure anymore?

If for whatever reason you decide that you no longer need your service or procedure -- from the time you purchased your service or procedure and up to one day before your scheduled appointment -- you can cancel your order for the purchased service or procedure. We will refund you your entire purchase price. To complete a cancellation, you will need the order number and the look up number that was in the email you received at the time you purchased the service or procedure. With those numbers, log in to the Look Up Your Order section of our website and proceed with cancelling the order by hitting the “Cancel Order’ button. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund to the payment type (credit card, debit card, eCheck) you originally used to purchase the order.

What if I purchase a service or procedure but when I see the doctor or provider, he/she won’t perform the service or procedure or he/she does not feel it is necessary?

If you purchase a procedure/service that requires a prescription and you have already obtained one from another health care provider, please be sure to bring the prescription with you to your appointment. If you are not sure what procedure you might need, single visit consultations can be easily purchased at HealthyPrice to discuss with a doctor what your health needs might be and issue you prescriptions or recommendations, if any, you might require.

How do I cancel an order?

To complete a cancellation, you will need the order number and the look up number that was in the HealthyPrice confirmation email you received at the time of your purchase. You will log into the Look Up Your Order section of our website and click on the “Cancel Order" button. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund back to your payment type (credit card, debit card, eCheck) you originally used to purchase the order.

If I have healthcare insurance, but haven’t met my annual deductible, can I use HealthyPrice?

Yes. You should review your health insurance coverage or discuss it with your insurance company or agent. Amounts you spend on healthcare services or procedures through HealthyPrice may be eligible for credit towards your deductible in the same manner as if you paid the provider yourself directly. You may submit your HealthyPrice and/or credit card receipt to you insurance company as a claim. Depending on the type of coverage you have, your insurance company may apply such payment appropriately against your eligible annual deductible or out of pocket thresholds.

Yes, if the service or procedure is not covered by Medicare. HealthyPrice is not a Medicare provider and does not have any affiliation with Medicare.
